Hey, we kept meaning to call and wish you happy birthday...but then Matt was taking his tests and then we got so caught up in a day off, that we totally forgot. OUR BAD!!!!! Anyway, HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Tracy! Thats awesome you can run 10 miles for fun! Sounds like you had a fun day. Its funny how just taking a shower or shopping alone is all we want for out birthdays ( or running :) ) I can't believe you like indian food! Does Tom?
Tracey...Sorry for the delayed birthday greeting...but Congrats on looking and feeling great at 30. I still have a few months left and I have several things left to do on my 30 TO DO before I am 30 list. By the way...I love that bottom pic of you...you look great! I sure wish you guys lived closer. We will have fun get togethers when you move to Vancouver!
